At present, NAIA's land portfolio encompasses 250 feddan, with investments totaling EGP 19 billion in the NAIA Bay and NAIA West projects. Building on its triumph in developing the NAIA Bay Ras Al-Hikma in the North Coast, NAIA has expanded its investment portfolio by introducing the latest venture, NAIA West - New Zayed, in the western part of Cairo.
